HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive engagement, strategic account development and major pursuits across the global mining sector. You will lead client relationships, shape market strategy and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to win high-value opportunities.

With 15+ years in mining, you will navigate multiple geographies and commodities, mentor teams, and help HDR build durable market positions while delivering integrated solutions to clients.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years relevant mining-industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments and develop long-term strategic accounts in North America, Europe and Australia.
• Experience across multiple commodities, geographies, regulatory jurisdictions and stages of the mine life cycle.

Aufgaben

• Lead global Mining Practice growth: develop and execute a global BD strategy to grow bookings, revenue, backlog and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships as a trusted advisor with a clear understanding of client assets and priorities.
• Drive major pursuits: lead capture planning, positioning and proposal strategy for complex mining opportunities.
• Shape market strategy by translating commodity outlooks and investment patterns into priority accounts and service lines.
• Coordinate HDR's capabilities to align with client needs and differentiators across geographies.
• Develop the team: mentor client managers and pursuit teams in planning and relationship development.
• Strengthen market presence: build partnerships and recruit talent aligned with growth priorities.
