HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement and strategic growth across a dynamic mining sector. You’ll lead major pursuits, shape market strategy and align HDR’s capabilities with client needs worldwide.

You will develop global growth plans, manage strategic accounts, and build partnerships with technology providers and contractors while traveling to key geographies and leading teams across HDR’s mining practice.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of relevant mining-industry experience.
• Self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in A/E/C.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Ability to build a network of clients and industry partners.
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global mining practice growth with a strategy to grow bookings, revenue and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships and act as trusted advisor to mining companies.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategy for complex opportunities.
• Translate market outlooks into account and geography priorities.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities to present integrated mining solutions.
• Coach regional leaders in account planning and pursuit execution.
• Strengthen HDR presence through partnerships and talent recruitment.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
