HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive growth across a dynamic global mining sector. You will lead major pursuits, shape market strategy and align capabilities with client needs.

With 15+ years in mining and a strong network, you will build strategic accounts, manage capture plans and coordinate across HDR disciplines to deliver integrated solutions on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant mining industry experience.
• Self-starter with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in the A/E/C industry.
• Ability to build a network of clients and industry partners.
• Willingness to travel and engage with others in-person.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning for priority mining clients and regions.
• Translate market outlooks into focused account, geography and service-line priorities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to present integrated mining solutions.
• Develop and mentor regional business development leaders and client managers.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums to strengthen market intelligence.
