Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive growth across a dynamic mining sector. You will lead client engagement, strategic account development, and major pursuits, coordinating HDR's diverse capabilities to deliver value.

You will build and manage strategic relationships, translate market insights into action, and mentor teams to win high-value contracts across North America and global markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in mining or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Experience developing long-term strategic accounts in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global business development strategy for the Global Mining Practice.
• Build strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Drive major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy.
• Shape market strategy based on commodity outlooks and investments.
• Coordinate HDR resources to deliver integrated mining solutions.
• Develop the team and mentor leaders in account planning and pursuit management.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
