The role demands senior mining-industry experience, strong relationship networks and a proven ability to convert client needs into long-term value. Travel and leadership responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, business or related field.
• Professional engineering, geoscience or other relevant registration, or equivalent senior mining-industry experience.
• Experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments and developing long-term strategic accounts in North America, Europe and Australia.
• Experience across multiple commodities, geographies, regulatory jurisdictions and stages of the mine life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining business development strategy and growth.
• Build and manage strategic accounts and client relationships.
• Lead major pursuits and capture planning for high-value mining opportunities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deliver integrated mining solutions.
• Develop teams and mentor regional business development leaders.
