You will lead client engagement, strategic account development, major pursuits and market growth, coordinating HDR’s multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, valuable mining solutions. The role emphasizes building long-term strategic accounts, shaping market strategy and fostering executive-level client relationships across North America, Europe and Australia.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated self-starter with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement in mining.
• Ability to build client networks and partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Lead global mining practice growth in bookings, revenue and backlog.
