HDR, Inc. seeks a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement, strategic account development, and market growth across a dynamic global mining sector.

You will lead major pursuits, shape account strategy, and align HDR capabilities to deliver differentiated value. The role requires 15+ years of mining-industry experience, deep client networks, and a proven track record of winning high-value contracts in North America, Europe and Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in mining industry.
• Self-starter with history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement in the A/E/C industry.
• Ability to motivate and build a network of clients and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining practice growth and bookings.
• Develop strategic client relationships across geographies.
• Lead major pursuits including capture planning and proposals.
• Shape market strategy and align capabilities across HDR.
• Coordinate HDR groups to deploy best-qualified teams for mining clients.
