HDR, Inc. seeks a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to lead client engagement, strategic account development and market growth across the mining sector.

The role spans global accounts and major pursuits, shaping geographies and service-line priorities. You will build relationships with mining companies and partners, translate market insights into growth strategies, and drive capture planning and bids for high-value opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, business or related field; advanced degree is an asset.
• Registration or licensure in engineering or geoscience is preferred.
• Proven ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments and grow strategic accounts in NA/Europe/Australia.
• Experience across multiple commodities, geographies, regulatory jurisdictions and mine-life cycle stages.

Aufgaben

• Achieve bookings, revenue, backlog and pipeline goals for the Global Mining Practice.
• Develop a global growth plan by strategic account, geography and commodity.
• Lead strategic account planning and relationship mapping with top mining clients.
• Drive major pursuits, capture plans and proposal strategies for high-value opportunities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to present integrated mining solutions.
