Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement, strategic account development, major pursuits and market growth across a dynamic global mining sector.

You will lead capture planning, pricing strategies and executive engagement to grow HDR’s mining portfolio. As a senior leader, you will coordinate across HDR’s diverse geographies and service lines, build strategic partnerships, and mentor teams to deliver differentiated solutions from mine

Qualifications

15+ years mining/BD experience in global contexts
Proven success winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
Experience across North America, Europe and Australia

Responsibilities

Lead global mining business development strategy and bookings growth
Build and maintain prioritized global growth plans by strategic accounts and geography
Coordinate cross-group HDR teams to pursue and deliver complex mining projects
Develop strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners
Represent HDR in mining associations, conferences and client forums
