HDR, Inc. seeks a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement, strategic account development, and major pursuits across the mining sector.

You will lead growth initiatives, shape market strategy, and align HDR’s capabilities with client needs. You’ll build and maintain strategic relationships with mining companies and partners, coach teams, and help HDR expand its mining brand across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant mining industry experience.
• Self-starter with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in A/E/C.
• Proven ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining growth strategy, bookings, revenue and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Drive major pursuits through capture planning and proposal strategy.
• Shape market strategy based on commodity outlooks and client capital plans.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities across geographies for integrated mining solutions.
• Coach and mentor client managers and pursuit teams in account planning and capture.
