Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is an asset.
• 15+ years in mining or A/E/C industries with strategic account leadership.
• Proven ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Experience managing global client relationships and complex pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining practice growth, bookings and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
• Lead major pursuits: capture planning, positioning and proposal strategy.
• Shape market strategy aligning with commodity outlooks and capital plans.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy integrated mining solutions.
• Mentor regional leaders in relationship development and capture planning.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
