Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement and growth across the mining sector. You will lead strategic account development and major pursuits, directing multi-disciplinary teams and shaping market strategy.

Based in North America with roles across multiple locations, you will strengthen client relationships, coordinate capabilities, and recruit talent to support HDR’s mining practice growth and market access.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in mining industry.
Experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
Ability to lead strategic account planning and major pursuits.
Strong communication and leadership across geographies and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead global mining business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue, backlog and market share.
Build strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
Lead major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy.
Shape market strategy using commodity outlooks and regional patterns.
Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy best-qualified teams.
