HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement, strategic account development, and market growth across the mining sector.

The role focuses on leading major pursuits, shaping market strategy, and aligning HDR’s capabilities to client needs across geographies and commodities. You’ll build and manage strategic relationships, coordinate cross-group resources, and coach teams to win high-value contracts while advancing sustainable mining

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years relevant mining industry experience.
• Professional engineering, geoscience or other relevant registration.
• Demonstrated experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments and developing long-term strategic accounts in NA, Europe and Australia.
• Experience across multiple commodities, geographies, regulatory jurisdictions and mine life-cycle stages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue, backlog and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships and act as trusted advisor to mining companies and partners.
• Drive major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy for complex opportunities.
• Shape market strategy based on commodity outlooks and client capital plans.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities to deliver integrated mining solutions.
