You will coordinate capabilities from HDR’s wide team to win high-value contracts and shape market strategy. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship development, and cross-group collaboration to advance HDR’s mining practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, business or related field.
• Experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Strong ability to develop strategic accounts and long-term growth.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining growth through bookings, revenue and market share targets.
• Build strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Direct major pursuits and capture planning for high-value opportunities.
• Shape market strategy based on commodity outlooks and regional patterns.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities to deliver integrated mining solutions.
• Mentor regional teams in account planning and client engagement.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
