You will drive strategic account development, major pursuits, and market-shaping initiatives while coordinating HDR’s multi-disciplinary teams to deliver differentiated mining solutions. The role emphasizes leading growth, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and translating market opportunities into actionable account plans and win strategies in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, business or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
• Professional engineering, geoscience or other relevant registration, or equivalent senior mining-industry experience.
• Experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments and developing long-term strategic accounts in North America, Europe and Australia.
• Experience across multiple commodities, geographies, regulatory jurisdictions and mine life cycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mining Practice Growth: establish and execute a global business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships and act as trusted advisor to mining companies and partners.
• Drive major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy for complex mining opportunities.
• Shape market strategy with commodity outlooks and capital plans, and align capabilities to client needs.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities across geographies to deliver integrated solutions.
