Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement and growth across the mining sector.

You will lead major pursuits, align capabilities across HDR’s mining, water, environmental, power, and advisory teams, and build durable market positions through strategic account planning and partnerships. You will cultivate relationships with mining clients and key partners, guide capture strategies, and shape market priorities while traveling to key

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience building and managing strategic accounts in North America, Europe and Australia.

Responsibilities

Lead global mining business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue and market share.
Build and manage strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
Lead major pursuits with capture planning, positioning and proposals.
Shape market strategy by commodity outlooks and regional patterns.
Coordinate HDR groups to deliver integrated mining solutions.
Develop and mentor client managers and pursuit teams.
