HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement, strategic account development and major pursuits across a dynamic global mining sector.

You will lead the go-to-market strategy, build trusted advisor relationships with mining clients and partners, and coordinate HDR’s cross-disciplinary capabilities to win high-value projects worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science or business.
• 15+ years of mining-industry experience with strategic accounts.
• Proven success in winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead global mining business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue and backlog.
• Build and manage strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Drive major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy.
• Translate market outlooks and regulatory drivers into account priorities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deliver integrated mining solutions.
• Coach regional leaders in relationship development and capture management.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums to strengthen market presence.
