HDR, Inc. seeks a seasoned Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement and growth across the mining sector.

You will lead major pursuits, shape market strategy, and align HDR’s capabilities with client needs worldwide. With 15+ years in mining and a top-tier network, you will build strategic partnerships, manage key accounts and mentor teams to deliver differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Experience building long-term strategic accounts in North America, Europe and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue and market share.
• Build and manage strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Lead major pursuits, including capture planning, positioning and proposals for high-value opportunities.
• Shape market strategy by translating commodity outlooks and region investments into priorities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deliver integrated mining solutions.
• Develop and mentor regional business development leaders and pursuit teams.
