HDR is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive growth across the mine life cycle. You will lead strategic account planning, capture opportunities and align HDR’s multidisciplinary teams with client needs worldwide.

Inspired by a deep network in mining, you will shape market strategy, build executive relationships and lead major pursuits in North America, Europe and Australia, delivering durable, high-value outcomes for clients and HDR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, business or related field.
• Professional engineering, geoscience or other relevant registration.
• Proven experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Experience growing strategic accounts across North America, Europe and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining practice growth through bookings and revenue.
• Build strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Lead major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy.
• Shape market strategy aligning commodity outlooks and investments.
• Coordinate HDR groups to deploy mining teams.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
