HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement, strategic account growth, and major pursuits across a dynamic global mining sector.

You will lead capture planning, proposal strategy, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to shape market priorities and win high-value mining projects. Strong relationships and travel across North America, Europe and Australia are expected.

• Strong mining-industry relationships and track record in growth.
• Experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Ability to develop long-term strategic accounts in North America, Europe and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining business development strategy to grow bookings and revenue.
• Build strategic client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to mining companies.
• Lead major pursuits, capture planning and proposal strategy for high-value opportunities.
• Shape market strategy by translating commodity outlooks and capital plans into priorities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy integrated mining capabilities.
• Develop and mentor client managers and pursuit teams in account planning and capture.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums to strengthen visibility.
