This role coordinates cross-functional teams and grows bookings, revenue and market share in priority markets.

Based in the United States with global reach, the leader will shape strategy, build strategic partnerships and recruit talent aligned with growth priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of relevant mining/industry experience.
• Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of how A/E/C industries procure professional services.
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients across North America and beyond.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a global business development strategy for HDR's Global Mining Practice.
• Build strategic client relationships and oversee major pursuits and market growth.
• Lead capture planning, positioning and proposal strategy for high-value mining opportunities.
• Shape market strategy by translating commodity outlooks and investment patterns.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities across mining, water, environment, power, transport, and advisory teams.
• Coach and mentor regional leaders in account planning and client management.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums to strengthen market position.
