The position requires deep mining-industry knowledge, 15+ years of related experience, and willingness to travel. HDR offers comprehensive benefits and a compensation range for North America of $175,000 to $250,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant mining-industry experience.
• Experience winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining contracts.
• Ability to travel across North America and globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining practice growth and drive bookings, revenue and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships as trusted advisor across geographies.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategy for high-value opportunities.
• Shape market strategy by translating commodity outlooks into priorities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy best-qualified teams.
• Coach regional leaders in account planning and pursuit execution.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
