Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement and market growth worldwide. You will lead strategic accounts, pursue major opportunities and align capabilities across HDR to win high-value mining contracts.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape account strategies and travel to key markets across North America, Europe and beyond to grow bookings and backlog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science or business.
• Professional registration or equivalent mining-industry experience.
• Proven ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Experience growing strategic accounts across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining practice growth with strategy to expand bookings and revenue.
• Build strategic client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to owners.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategy for complex opportunities.
• Shape market strategy using commodity outlooks and client plans.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy integrated mining teams.
• Develop and mentor client managers and pursuit teams.
