Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Presales Leader for Security to scale EY’s ability to win complex, high-value deals. You’ll define global presales strategy, establish best practices, and shape major pursuits aligned with Microsoft’s go-to-market model.

You will collaborate with global alliance leadership, Microsoft sales teams, and regional stakeholders to architect compelling solutions and ensure a consistent presales approach across EY. Some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot) with a security specialism.
• Ability to translate technology into business value and shape transformation journeys.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions including business case and delivery approach.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation and proposal-writing abilities with C-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global presales strategy for EY–Microsoft Alliance within a Solution Area.
• Lead presales on strategic, high-value global pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Align presales approaches to Microsoft Sales Plays and field priorities.
• Collaborate across EY service lines to design end-to-end solutions addressing complex challenges.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to articulate clear, outcome-driven value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets, proposals, and playbooks for scalable presales execution.
• Shape differentiated EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging latest Microsoft tech and EY capabilities.
