Job summary

EY seeks a seasoned Presales leader to drive the EY-Microsoft Alliance globally, shaping strategy and guiding high-value pursuits across regions. You will partner with Sales, Alliance, and Delivery teams to craft integrated, client-focused solutions and value propositions.

The role requires strong communication with C-level stakeholders, deep Microsoft tech expertise and a track record of cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, global setting. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise tech sales.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Apps, Copilot) and AI Business Solutions.
• Ability to translate technology into business value and shape client strategies.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions with business case and delivery model.
• Strong storytelling, presentation and proposal-writing; influence at C-level.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams without direct authority.
• Track record of winning strategic opportunities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global presales strategy for the EY-Microsoft Alliance within a Solution Area.
• Support and lead presales on strategic, high-value global pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Align presales approaches to Microsoft AI Business Solutions and field priorities.
• Collaborate across EY service lines and Microsoft stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to shape transformation opportunities and value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets, proposal content, and playbooks for scalable presales execution.
• Help shape differentiated EY-Microsoft solutions leveraging the latest Microsoft technology.
