Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in presales or enterprise tech sales, strong Microsoft expertise, and the ability to articulate business value to C-level stakeholders. Travel is expected to support global opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and go-to-market models.
• Ability to translate technology into business value and transformation journeys.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions including business case and delivery approach.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of shaping and winning strategic opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Global Presales Leadership: Define and lead the global presales strategy for EY–Microsoft Alliance within a Solution Area, establishing repeatable methods and best practices.
• Major Deal Shaping: Support and lead presales on strategic, high-value global pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft Alignment: Align presales approaches to Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Platforms with sales plays and field priorities.
• Ecosystem Collaboration: Design end-to-end solutions across EY lines and Microsoft stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Shape transformation opportunities and articulate clear value propositions to senior clients.
• Presales Assets & Enablement: Create reusable assets and playbooks for scalable presales execution.
• Solution Innovation: Shape differentiated EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging Microsoft tech and EY capabilities.
