Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Presales Leader for AI Business Solutions to define and drive the global presales strategy across EY–Microsoft Alliance. You will architect compelling solutions, collaborate with Microsoft sales teams and EY leaders to win high‑value opportunities, and shape assets for scalable delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in AI, enterprise technology, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global organization. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales for complex, high‑value pursuits.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot) with AI Business Solutions focus.
• Ability to translate technology into business value, shaping client strategies and enabling transformation.
• Experience developing end‑to‑end solutions, including business case, value articulation, and delivery approach.
• Exceptional communication skills: storytelling, presentations, and proposal writing with C‑level influence.

Responsibilities

• Global Presales Leadership: Define and lead the global presales strategy for the EY–Microsoft Alliance within a Solution Area, establishing repeatable methods, governance, and best practices to improve pursuit quality and win rates.
• Major Deal Shaping: Support and lead presales activity on strategic, high‑value global pursuits, working with Sales, Alliance, Practice/Delivery and client teams to qualify, shape and close opportunities.
• Microsoft Alignment: Align presales approaches to Microsoft’s AI Business Solution Area and Sales Plays, co‑sell motions and field priorities, engaging Microsoft stakeholders effectively.
• Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate across EY service lines, sectors, delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to design end‑to‑end solutions addressing complex client challenges and absorb leading‑edge thinking into delivery.
• Client Engagement: Engage with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation opportunities and articulate clear, outcome‑driven value propositions.
• Presales Assets & Enablement: Develop reusable assets, proposal content, and playbooks to enable scalable presales execution across regions and teams.
• Solution Innovation: Shape differentiated EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging Microsoft tech and EY industry capabilities to address priority opportunities.
