EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Presales Leader for Security to shape and lead EY’s global presales strategy, aligning with Microsoft go-to-market models and priority markets. You will collaborate with global alliance leadership, Microsoft teams, and regional stakeholders to architect compelling solutions and drive high-quality, repeatable presales approaches.

You will distill complex technologies into client-ready narratives, leveraging AI and security strengths to win strategic opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture or enterprise technology sales for complex, high-value pursuits.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security) and go-to-market models.
• Ability to translate technology into business value and shaping transformation journeys.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions with clear business cases and delivery approaches.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and proposal-writing skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global presales strategy for the EY–Microsoft Alliance within a Solution Area.
• Lead presales on strategic global pursuits with cross-functional teams to qualify, shape and close.
• Align presales approaches to Microsoft Security and related plays, co-sell motions, and priorities.
• Collaborate across EY service lines to design end-to-end, integrated solutions for complex client challenges.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to articulate clear, outcome-driven value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets and playbooks to enable scalable presales across regions.
