Collaborating with multiple teams, you will lead initiatives for member programs, conferences, webinars, and recruitment campaigns while leveraging data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in association membership, community engagement, events, or nonprofit management.
• Experience with AMS/CRM platforms and event management.
• Proven track record in membership recruitment, retention, and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
