This executive role partners with councils, volunteer governance, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable value for CAP members worldwide.

The Senior Director will oversee lifecycle strategy, portfolio planning, and international market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, healthcare administration, or related field.
Master's degree strongly preferred for senior leadership role.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise membership growth and lifecycle strategies.
Experience partnering with councils, boards, committees, or volunteer governance structures.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and business cases.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated strategies for member growth, retention, loyalty, and engagement.
Oversee enterprise member experience across education, publications, and digital touchpoints.
Guide annual and multi-year portfolio planning across functions.
Manage and develop the Director, Member Engagement and Community and other leaders.
Partner with analytics and technology teams to improve end-to-end member experience.
Represent CAP in leadership forums and external partnerships.
