Addison Group is partnering with a highly respected membership-based organization in Washington, DC, to hire a Membership Manager. You will lead membership engagement, oversee account growth and a high-performing team, and support executive-level member relationships in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The role sets strategic initiatives for engagement, renewals, and revenue, with oversight of forecasting, pipeline and performance.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Membership Engagement, Account Management, or Client Success within a membership association.
• 2+ years of prior leadership experience managing at least five employees.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills with executive presence.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Drive growth strategies related to member acquisition, engagement, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Monitor team performance, forecasting, pipeline activity, and revenue goals
• Coach and mentor team members on relationship-building and market-specific engagement strategies

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve membership experience, communication, and service offerings
• Oversee onboarding and training initiatives for new team members
