American Society of Clinical Oncology, Inc. (ASCO) seeks a Member Engagement Coordinator in Alexandria, VA for a hybrid, full-time role.

You will support Communities of Practice, coordinate online engagement activities and events, and contribute to onboarding, recognition, and retention initiatives for ASCO members. If you are highly organized with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will help create meaningful member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years professional experience or internship in member engagement or similar field.
• Understanding of virtual communities and online member platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Communities of Practice and content dissemination with internal teams.
• Assess and improve community activities using feedback and metrics.
• Plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and meetings for member engagement.
• Foster relationships with community leaders to drive participation.
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives for new members.
