Job summary

EHA is seeking a Membership Engagement Manager to turn members’ expertise into sustained participation and value throughout the lifecycle. You will coordinate engagement across onboarding, participation, retention, and renewal, using CRM data and member insights to improve communications and services.

Responsibilities include supporting committees, planning, and delivering membership campaigns, and building partnerships for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in membership, subscription, customer engagement, or a comparable relationship-based environment.
• Ability to translate data and feedback into practical improvements for member journeys.
• Strong relationship-building, campaign planning, and value-proposition skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate membership engagement across the member lifecycle, using data and insights to support onboarding, participation, retention, and renewal.
• Improve member communications and services in collaboration with colleagues.
• Support committees by organizing planning, meetings, minutes, data, and materials.
