Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Meetings & Events Global Associate Program Manager to support the Amazon GREF client. You will drive the implementation strategy, develop SOPs, and manage cross-functional teams across a fast-paced global program in an on-site Arlington, VA setting.

The role emphasizes process documentation, change management, and collaboration with Training and leadership to ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management or meetings & events operations with a track record
• Proven ability to deliver initiatives on time and within scope
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of organizational change management and adoption strategies
• Experience creating process maps, playbooks, SOPs, and journey maps

Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation strategy and operational plans, ensuring deliverables meet schedule
• Create playbooks, workflows, journey maps, and SOPs to standardize global program
• Manage project plans, resources, deadlines, and risks with updates to stakeholders
• Analyze deadlines and priorities, creating plans to exceed expectations
• Anticipate resistance from new processes and drive adoption of SOPs
• Lead project and supplier implementations for Meetings & Events team
• Collaborate with Training to transform documentation into trainings
• Supervise coordinators with coaching and performance management
• Assist with other related tasks in a flexible, evolving environment
