Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Associate Program Manager in Arlington, VA, to shape and deliver the Meetings & Events program as part of the Global Travel and Events portfolio for the Amazon GREF client. You will drive implementation strategies, build SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality results.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and change management, with a focus on scalable processes and training enablement across global teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five+ years of project management or meetings & events operations experience with proven execution of complex initiatives.
• Experience implementing organizational initiatives with on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communications across diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of organizational change management and adoption strategies.
• Experience creating process maps, playbooks, SOPs, and journey maps.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation strategies and operational plans, ensuring deliverables meet schedule and quality.
• Create playbooks, workflows, journey maps, and SOPs to standardize global programs.
• Manage project plans, resources, deadlines, and risks with proactive updates.
• Analyze deadlines and priorities, developing plans to exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Anticipate resistance from new processes and drive adoption of SOPs.
• Lead simple to standard project or supplier implementations for the Meetings & Events team.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to convert process docs into trainings.
• Coach, train, and supervise coordinators; provide performance feedback.
• Assist with other related tasks as business needs evolve.
