Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Meetings & Events Global Associate Program Manager to lead implementation strategy for the Global Travel and Events program supporting the Amazon GREF client. You will develop playbooks, SOPs, journey maps, and training materials, coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness.

You will manage project plans, risks, and resources while guiding coordinators and collaborating with the Training Manager to drive knowledge transfer

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management or meetings & events operations
• Experience implementing organizational initiatives with on-time delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation strategy and operational plans, ensuring deliverables are on schedule
• Create playbooks, workflows, journey maps, and SOPs for consistency across the global program
• Manage project plans, resources, deadlines, and risks with status updates
• Analyze deadlines and priorities to meet objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Lead standard project and supplier implementations for Meetings & Events
• Collaborate with Training Manager to convert process docs into trainings
• Provide coaching and performance management for coordinators
• Assist with related tasks as needed
