Job summary

JLL is seeking a Program Manager to support the standardization of service delivery across global projects. You will drive risk mitigation, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.

You will develop processes, reports, and playbooks, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring alignment with policies and KPIs. This role requires leadership, communication, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience driving change management plans to set up new services or transform existing ones.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and ownership.
• Proven ability to interact with stakeholders across levels and build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven history of delivering excellent internal and external customer service.
• Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Smartsheet and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardized service delivery improvements and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, playbooks, tools, and resources.
• Manage account performance through routines and KPIs; report progress.
• Own program goals and coordinate with team and managers to achieve them.
• Ensure compliance with JLL policies and business ethics.
