Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Director of Global Medical Communications Lead to shape and deliver the medical communications strategy for high-priority assets.

You will translate evidence into impactful scientific narratives across markets and lead core content, including SCPs, decks, FAQs, and congress materials. You will champion AI-enabled workflows, oversee budget and vendor strategy, and mentor ADs and managers while influencing senior stakeholders globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science or healthcare discipline.
• Master's or Doctorate preferred for senior leadership.
• 5+ years in medical communications, including global strategy.
• Strong understanding of drug development and medical affairs.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading matrix teams.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and lead medical communications strategy for assets/franchise within the integrated TA plan.
• Own scientific narrative and modular core assets for global reuse.
• Lead congress and medical education strategy including booth content and pre/post-congress communications.
• Mentor and provide dotted-line leadership to team members.
• Translate strategy into reusable briefs and AI-enabled workflows.
