You will translate evidence into scientific narratives and ensure omnichannel HCP experiences across markets.

You will own the scientific narrative, lead SCP development and modular core assets, and drive integrated congress and medical education initiatives while partnering with MSTs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare discipline is required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MSc, PharmD, PhD or MD).
• Minimum relevant experience: Bachelor's + 12y, Master's + 10y, or Doctorate + 8y in biopharmaceutical industry or related field.
• 5+ years in medical communications, including leading strategy for high-priority assets in a global matrix environment.
• Deep understanding of drug development, evidence generation and Medical Affairs; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the medical communications strategy for assigned asset(s) as part of the integrated TA plan.
• Own the scientific narrative for assets; lead development of SCPs, lexicons, core decks and FAQs.
• Lead integrated congress and medical education strategy for assets, including booth content and symposia.
• Influence senior stakeholders across global, regional and local teams; resolve competing priorities.
• Serve as medical approver for promotional and non-promotional materials; provide leadership in concept design.
• Translate strategy into modular core assets for global reuse and local adaptation.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows and ensure evidence is discoverable in AI-mediated channels.
