• Minimum relevant experience: Bachelor's degree + 12 years, Master's +10 years, or Doctorate +8 years in biopharmaceutical industry or closely related field.
• 5+ years in medical communications, including leading strategy for high-priority assets in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the medical communications strategy for assigned assets as part of the integrated TA plan.
• Lead integrated congress and medical education strategy, including booth content, symposia, and pre-/post-congress communications.
• Translate strategy into reusable modular assets and scale AI-enabled workflows for faster, higher-quality outputs.
