Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or healthcare required.
• 6–10 years biopharmaceutical industry experience, with medical communications exposure.
• At least 3 years in medical communications within a global matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical data interpretation and medical strategy.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies in scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and evidence-generation activities.
• Lead scientific content creation and maintain core resources and FAQs.
• Plan and deliver congress activities and symposia materials.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory to ensure compliant communications.
• Coordinate content development workflows and anticipate future needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled technologies to improve planning and engagement.
• Monitor execution, budgets, risks, and stakeholder feedback to refine plans.
