Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 6–10 years in biopharmaceuticals or related field, depending on degree level.
• At least 3 years in medical communications or Medical Affairs within a global matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical data interpretation, and medical strategy.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to medical communications and medical review processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Experience identifying risks, making decisions within scope, and coaching or mentoring others.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies within scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex scientific information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with medical strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content development including core materials, slide decks, FAQs, and evidence-based resources.
• Plan and deliver congress activities with scientific booths, symposia, educational content, and insights gathering.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory to ensure accuracy, balance, and compliance.
• Coordinate content development workflows, source materials, and future content needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance planning, content creation, review processes, and engagement.
• Monitor performance, manage vendors and budgets, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
