You will apply digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, content quality, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring compliant, accurate communications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in life science or healthcare.
• 6–10 years in biopharmaceutical or related field.
• ≥3 years in medical communications or Medical Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and medical strategy.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for medical communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools in scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content creation including core materials and FAQs.
• Plan and deliver congress activities with booth content and symposia materials.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory for compliance.
• Coordinate content development workflows and enable content reuse.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled technologies to improve planning and review processes.
• Monitor execution and performance, manage budgets and vendors.
