Qualifications

• Experience in medical communications or Medical Affairs within a global matrix.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and clinical data interpretation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies in scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to convey complex science.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content development, including core materials, slides, and FAQs.
• Plan and deliver congress activities, scientific booths, and educational content.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory for compliance.
• Coordinate content development workflows and manage future needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled solutions to planning and content creation.
• Monitor performance, manage vendors and budgets, identify risks, and drive improvements.
