Takeda is seeking an Associate Director to translate scientific evidence into clear medical communications supporting development assets. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and global teams to deliver compliant, impactful content and congress materials.
The role emphasizes digital and AI-enabled approaches to improve planning and stakeholder engagement. You will lead content creation, plan activities across regions, and ensure reviews with Legal and Regulatory
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or healthcare discipline.
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years in biopharmaceuticals or related field.
- At least 3 years in medical communications or Medical Affairs in a global matrix.
- Knowledge of drug development, clinical data interpretation, and medical strategy.
- Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements for medical communications.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute medical communication plans
- Lead scientific content creation such as slides and FAQs
- Plan and deliver congress activities and materials
- Collaborate across global, regional, and local stakeholders
- Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory
- Coordinate content development workflows
- Apply digital and AI-enabled technologies to improve processes
- Monitor execution, budgets, risks, and insights for plan updates
