Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry or similar.
• At least 3 years in medical communications or a related Medical Affairs function within a global matrix.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical data interpretation, and medical strategy.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to medical communications and medical review processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience identifying risks, making decisions, and coaching others.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence-enabled tools and digital technologies within scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content development including core materials, slide decks, FAQs, and evidence-based resources.
• Plan and deliver congress activities including scientific booths, symposia, and educational content.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory to ensure compliant communications.
• Coordinate content development workflows and future content needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance planning, content creation, review processes, and engagement.
• Monitor performance, manage vendors and budgets, and identify risks for continuous improvement.
