Job summary

Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to steer our global marketing investments. You will manage a global P&L, align financial targets with marketing execution, and maximize long-term profitability through rigorous measurement and experimentation.

You will define the global market strategy, own LTV frameworks, forecast and model, and lead a high-performing analytics team to outpace competition in a fast-paced travel market.

Qualifications

• Translate complex datasets into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in Revenue Management, Forecasting, Pricing, or Growth equity.
• Ability to define growth strategies in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing investment strategies to meet P&L targets.
• Define and execute Agoda’s global growth roadmap.
• Coordinate marketing spend across digital channels for a cohesive footprint.
• Own and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) definitions with data science.
• Lead forecasting and modeling to anticipate market shifts and adjust spend.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply.
• Mentor analysts and foster a culture of experimentation and ownership.
