Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from kickoff to close, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

You will report progress to executives and help optimize quality metrics. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 7+ years of project management experience (3+ years in freight forwarding preferred), excellent communication skills, and PMP certification where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Required).
• 7+ years PM experience; 3+ years in freight forwarding (Required/Preferred).
• PM certification (PMP) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project requests, plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders; manage risks and scope.
• Provide monthly status updates to executives and ensure policy alignment.
• Lead meetings, track deliverables, and ensure on-time completion.
