Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Global Account Executive to drive new business and manage key global accounts from the United States. The role targets supply chain leaders with multi-million-dollar opportunities, expanding our global reach and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will develop strategic plans, present tailored logistics solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior service while growing revenue and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of global freight forwarding sales experience.
• Proven track record of leading successful sales deals in a commission environment with multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Extensive experience of international logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate global business development opportunities through an established network of industry contacts.
• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales quota and budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and tailor solutions to needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing services and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Present an array of logistics solutions enabling multiple entry points into accounts.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and KPI updates to sales management.
