Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations Supervisor to oversee import/export, customs and transshipment of materials and documents, ensuring timely transfers from vendors' warehouses to final destinations.

You will lead the international operations team, manage service-provider relationships, and drive performance against KPIs while maintaining regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in International Freight Forwarding operations.
• 1+ year in people management.
• ITAR, OFAC, CargoWise, ATA DGR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise import processes, customs docs, and shipments to ensure on-time arrival.
• Hire, train, and develop team; conduct weekly 1:1 coaching.
• Coach on import/export assignments and negotiate with partners.
• Interpret contracts for export/import and manage SOPs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide office coverage when manager absent.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and uphold policies.
